In case you missed it there is actually a food and drink plan for the next four years from DEFRA and some input from newly formed DIT. 

The UK has identified 9 Markets and is looking to increase sales to Germany by £610m. Of course, as both are in the EU, there are no tariff or non-tariff barriers to stop this growth.
